Coaching

About Rob Ramseyer

Due to his tiny school and baseball success, Rob Ramseyer overestimated his talents. He played college baseball at a Division III school with a strong program, but performance difficulties kept him from starting.

The following summer, Rob joined Athletes in Action’s collegiate summer league club, encountering trials like a confidence-shattering game against the Hornell Dodgers. After leaving college, he coached and played at another school, finding more success and satisfaction.

Rob’s experiences influenced his book and the Impactful Coaching Project. He wants coaches to help players build character holistically. Rob’s meeting with Dallas Braden, an MLB pitcher who threw a perfect game, changed his life and sports attitude.
